For pianists: Do you warm up exercise?
I was in a bookstore a few days ago, and I flipped a "For Dummies" book of piano exercises contained curiosity or something like that. The first pages heating taught physics as the one where you push your hands against a wall, etc.. For pianists: Have you done anything like this before? I have not heard of such things, so far, although I play the piano myself. Lol. I do not think my friends who also play the piano do. By the way, I do not want to say it is not normal. : P I 'm just trying to see who will warm up, like these.
