I procrastinate because I think I'm smart and I'm already pretty much done?
I procrastinate with my school work because I I think I'm already smart and very well done – and when I want I can learn this module – or write this essay. When I convince myself, but the thing is that I am not. It's just an excuse that I have so I can make it easier, hypnotics – Withdrawal from activities like going on or the PC games. I started many activities in my life – piano, guitar, martial arts – but never fully followed up. I want to be an accomplished pianist – a banker (and school) – accomplished guitarist, martial artist, etc. but I'm not enjoying the process of making this point. What Do you guys recommend, how can I give pleasure – but also discipline myself to achieve these needs? the thing is. . 5 minutes of game turns into two hours in no time!

I try thinking to myself, "For each item I write / question I can answer me (here insert small reward. as may be checked your e-mail or food. Food works to me. Or … uh, you like computer games? Would five minutes to play a good reward?) "It seems to work for me, but again, I am very curious so it may seem something strange to you.
