How to play the piano as an adult beginner?
I am interested in learning to play the piano. I've never played any another instrument and have no music training. I like the sound of this instrument and you want to make music for my own pleasure and also for my family and my friends. I am also 40 and intimidated. I do not want to invest in a piano for the moment, but I think having a keyboard and take private lessons for begin. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you – CJ
Hello! I have some outstanding advice, I hope you help. I 8 years of piano lessons and decided to create music in the hope of being the next Diana Krall. This link is fantastic! You can create songs and learn to string them together to create agreements for the beautiful music without even touching a piano. When http://www.looknohands.com/chordhouse/piano/ you press Play, you can hear the agreement of different formations, what they look like, and then play them. These combinations have been tested and true therefore, the agreements you need to create a soft sound. You can even chain chords and scales to add to your creations and create a masterpiece that can be saved. labeling of buttons directly on the piano is a good way to learn so if you have a keyboard. A keyboard way to go forsure. You get the piano effect and many others. I love the jazz organ myself. If you get scores simple on your favorite song is a great motivator for learning. Many people teach themselves piano, do not afraid. Agreements clef are fairly simple and repetitive in most songs. If the right hand chords are too difficult, then try to create the melody using the note at the top of each agreement of the right hand. Hope this helps! Send me your questions I'll be happy to assist you. Smiles and good luck!
