Does anyone know a good program to learn the piano sightread?
I downloaded a program called the attack Note – this is great. it shows you a note and you have to hit on your MIDI keyboard. What I want is just a more advanced version of this, where it provides a random musical phrase and then you play it. ive seen sight reading programs before that have like 500 songs to learn, but I think you have with tend to remember the song and the end half of sight reading and playing half of memory. id rather do it in small pieces that come from a both. also – if theres a program like attack of the note, but with agreements (an agreement flashes and you play) please let me know. I really appreciate any advice!
Take a look at "eMedia Piano and Keyboard Method v2. I think you will find useful. It is moving towards learning the pieces, but it is not the end of how to sight read?
